A 25-30 walk to town, located very close to the shore surrounded by some of the best restaurants and bars in Edinburgh. The bedroom is upstairs in the maisonette and downstairs is a comfy bed sofa with an office space and ample storage. The flat can hold up to 4 guests. There is a bus station and a grossery store right on the doorstep.
