There are three rooms upstairs with a queen bed in each room and a bathroom with tub and shower. in the basement there is another two queen beds with a bathroom with a shower. The main floor has living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher fridge, stove and microwave. The kitchen is set up with most of the cooking utensils you may need, although if you are cooking for a larger group feel free to contact us if there is anything else you need that is not in the house. The house is located in one of Saskatoon's beautiful old tree-lined streets with one of the few mature Elm Urban forests left in North America. it is perfectly located. It is perfectly located with easy access and less than a 10-minute Drive to both the airport as well as the University of Saskatchewan. further it is a short walk to Sask Polytechnic and an easy walk to Downtown shopping. Ashworth-Holmes Park is a 1/2 block away with a fabulous kids playground with climbing and swings, large open Play fields, the Mayfair Lawn Bowling Club, and picnic areas in the trees. in the winter cross country ski tracks are set around the park for those avid winter lovers to get out and enjoy a quick ski. The neighborhood also has Harry Bailey Aquatic Center three blocks away and in the summer Mayfair Outdoor Pool. two blocks away there is grocery shopping, restaurants, antiques, knick-knacks, and Mayfair Bakery which is the best bakery in the city. Summer and Winter it is the perfect place to stay. Guest access The house has an electronic lockbox and we continuously change the lockbox codes, so we will provide you with a lockbox code the morning of your stay. Check in time is 3 p.m. and with the house key in the lock box you can check in anytime after that that is convenient to you.
