The apartment is the lower level of our home in picturesque Port Washington. Quiet neighborhood, close to parks and close to bike path. There is 1 parking space and a separate entrance in the back of the house. There is a double futon in living area, bedroom has a queen size bed and newly renovated bathroom with a large shower. We are located 2 miles west of downtown Port which has many quaint shops, restaurants and a marina offering many opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation. The space Large living room, kitchenette, newly remodeled bathroom/large shower, large bedroom, double futon in living area. Please let us know if your party of 2 will require 2 beds so that we can have the futon made up and ready for you. There is electric baseboard heating and an electric fireplace for cooler days. There is a window a/c unit in the living room, a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a portable fan for warmer days (we do have central a/c but don't run it on cool days). Feel free to open windows for fresh air if you'd like. Guest access You will have access to the entire lower level with a separate entrance as well as the patio and screen porch. Other things to note There is a wood burning firepit (wood provided, lighter and newspaper under kitchen sink) on the patio and a gas firepit in the screen porch which guests may use.
