We promise you a memorable stay! We named our house the "Casa Mango Tango". Casa reflects the Spanish tile accents. A ripe Mango is rich in color and full of tropical flavor. The Tango is a passionate dance about life, unique and expressive. From the moment you arrive, you’ll see why it’s a taste of paradise! Our home is a 2 BR/1 Bath of approximately 1400sf built in the mid-1950s. Both bedrooms have a generous 14 ft x 11 ft footprint with ample closet space. The master bedroom accommodates a King-size bed while the 2nd BR enjoys a Queen size bed with a TV. The living room features a large chaise lounge sectional equipped with a Queen-size sleeper sofa bed that easily sleeps 2 more. The Front Porch room/office is a separate space adjacent to the living room, complete with a full-size daybed. It also has a desk with chair, making it a wonderfully conducive office space. The kitchen is newly renovated from floor to ceiling with high-end appliances and fully stocked with indoor/outdoor place settings, utensils, Keurig Coffee/Latte/Cappucino maker, Ninja blender and much more. The spacious living room and dining areas combine to offer the perfect setting for anything from a romantic meal to a family celebration. French doors open out to a classic Florida sunroom overlooking the pool, which makes for a perfect breakfast (or dinner) nook. Everything is clean and tastefully decorated in a classic Coastal style featuring contemporary watercolor artwork by one of Lake Worth Beach’s most well-known resident artists. The large HEATED saltwater pool, expansive patio with grill and comfortable lounge furniture are special highlights of the property. Surrounded by lush palm trees and accent lighting, you can enjoy these amenities at any time day or night. This resort-like property sits on a corner lot with the pool and patio fully fenced off for total privacy. The front lawn is consistently manicured and contains a tranquil water fountain, butterflies and settee. There is private off-street parking for 2 cars and plenty of public parking. Guests may enjoy the house with spacious open interior plan, pool, patio, private parking and the front yard featuring a relaxing settee, water fountain and butterfly garden. We have a local property manager who lives only 4 blocks away. She can assist with any concerns. Located in the Parrot Cove historic district of Lake Worth Beach, featuring colorful quaint "bungalow" style cottages built in the 1930s and 1940s. The neighborhood is a unique mix of families, artists and other vacationers. Lake Worth Beach is only 1 1/2 miles away featuring spectacular white sand and the highly rated "Benny's On the Beach" restaurant on the Pier. The thriving Lake Worth downtown main street is only 7 blocks away with countless restaurants, bars, music & art venues, theater and shopping. The public golf course is only 2 blocks away which also features a popular cafe right on the intercoastal waterway. Palm Beach, with its upscale dining, shopping and nightclubs is a 15 minute drive north, while the almost equally trendy Del Ray Beach is a mere 20 minutes drive south. The West Palm Beach Airport is only 15 minutes away making it very convenient to get here! Parking is free in the local neighborhood but walking is highly recommended so that you can take in all the color and architecture. Parking is also free and normally available on and off the main streets of downtown Lake Worth. The Beach is accessible by car, walking, biking or bus. Car parking fees apply. Maximum of 2 small dogs (20 lbs or less) are allowed with an additional pet fee applied. Use and accessibility of the pool is completely at your own risk. All children must supervised by adults at all times. The number of guests must be established at the time of the booking. Fees will apply to any additional overnight guests. This home is scheduled for regular maintenance of the pool, yard/landscaping and pest control. The TV streaming service provider on both TVs is YouTube TV. WIFI is available throughout the home. Guests can access NetFlix and Amazon Prime with their own accounts.
