Villa with Pool 13 min from the Ocean

On a plot of 3,000 m2, come and relax in our contemporary villa of 145 m2 with swimming pool. Located in the charming village of Mézos, 12 minutes from the ocean (Contis Beach) and surrounded by forests, our quiet house is ideal for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. The space Our villa consists of a large 67 m2 living room with central island table that can accommodate 10 people, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 swimming pool, 1 infrared sauna, 1 outdoor shower. 4 bedrooms are in the house, 1 bedroom is in the pool house on the other side of the pool in front of the house (The all-wood room), it is very nice and is perfect, for example, for a couple without children when there are some in the group (for mornings ;) On our land we also have a 1930s German verdine trailer that we rent year-round when we are in the house. It should be noted that we live in the trailer when the house is rented, it is in a private space (surrounded by a canisse) without any opposite on the house, we only share the entrance to the gate (and we are very discreet). It has always gone very well with the tenants of the house or, on the other hand, our trailer tenants:)
