The echo of the forest

Our independent vacation rental is located on the ground floor of our chalet, close to the departmental road, facilitating access to various hiking or skiing destinations. It is on the edge of the forest, overlooking the river and surrounded by mountains. This accommodation is non-smoking and for everyone's comfort, if you smoke outside, we will invite you to do so away from the windows of the chalet. The space The 140 x 190 bed is equipped with a memory foam mattress. Heating is electric with thermostat. The apartment stays cool in the summer. You will find USB sockets at the head of the bed and in the shepherd's table. Guest access A parking space is reserved for you. We can provide an outdoor electrical outlet if you wish, for a fee (estimate) of €1 per 5 kWh. You have unrestricted access to the terraces, the boules court, and the garden. We provide you with petanque balls and board games. Please let us know in advance... Other things to note The cottage is a 5-minute drive from Thones. 30-minute walk along the river (Extremely bucolic walk) Buses pass regularly: Lines Y62-Y63 Annecy/La Clusaz/Le Grand-Bornand. L'Orée de la Forêt is 20 minutes from Grand Bornand, La Clusaz or Lake Annecy, including Talloires, Menthon Saint Bernard, Veyrier du Lac or Golf du Roc de Cher. Access Via Ferrata Thones, Grand Bo, La Clusaz. Good level. Municipal swimming pool (outdoor) in Thones. Go-kart track 5 minutes from the house. Hiking trails accessible from our home.
