Bright apartment with top location

Sunny apartment is perfect for visitors because of the great location (10 minutes walk to the city center, 2 minutes to the sea and 1 minute to the park Marjan). It has a view of the sea, big terrasse, situated in the peaceful green neighborhood. The space My apartment is small but very charming with good vibes, clean and well maintained. I rent it when I go traveling so the apartment is not empty. It has a new very comfortable couch (easily two people can sleep on it) and one single bed in a bedroom. There is one working desk, TV and smaller dining table. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. The best thing about this apartment is big green terrace. You will have a lot of privacy, the apartment is a part of a house in which only two really nice people live. Guest access My guests have full access to all the spaces in the apartment. Other things to note Since the apartment is located in peaceful street is not ideal place for loud parties.
