Large 1930s-style house with garden, near Lille

Our house is nice, bright and the garden is cool in summer. It is located 15-20 minutes from downtown Lille by car, public transport or bicycle. It's easy to park on our street, often in front of the house. Ideally placed to discover the region and some cities in Belgium. It is 10 minutes from the Pierre Mauroy Stadium, 15 minutes from the Museum of Modern Art, the LaM, 25 minutes from the Roubaix Swimming Pool, less than 30 minutes from Tournai and about 1 hour from Bruges, Ghent or the beaches of Dunkirk. The space Our house includes: - on the ground floor: a kitchen, a technical room with toilet, a dining room and a living room. - on the 1st floor: one bedroom, one bathroom with toilet and an office. - on the 2nd floor: two bedrooms, a shower room with toilet. The bed is installed, in one of the bedrooms, on a mezzanine of 20 m2, a real small 3rd floor. - a video room is set up in the basement (no TV in the house). You can also play darts there. - the garden is very nice and very cool in summer. You can either eat outside on the terrace or in the garden under the trees. A ping pong table is available. The house of cats We have four cats. Three who live outside and must be fed twice a day, they sleep in the shed in the garden. The last one, who is fifteen, lives in our office very peacefully. The care to be given to it is that given to an apartment cat, that is to say very little. But you have to agree to share a small part of the house with a cat. The beds will be made upon your arrival. There is no cleaning fee, as you may have noticed. But we are counting on you to return the house to us in the condition in which you found it upon arrival. Thank you very much in advance.
