Lovely Apartment in Recoleta near Santa Fe avenue

Welcome home! Our apartment is situated in the very best area in Recoleta. Located on the last floor of the building which makes it very calm and quiet. It’s a 30 m2 apartment with a bedroom, living room, dinning area, full kitchen and bathroom. We have a beautiful balcony to rest after a long day of walking. The apartment is a half block away from Santa Fe Avenue and from many shops on the avenue. The space We have a Bedroom with a queen size bed and Tv with cable. It has a closet and a dresser. Internet with 300MB. A full kitchen with an oven, a fridge with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, utensils to cook and also in the kitchen you will find the washing machine. We also have a dinning area and a couch where you can relax after a long day of walking. The apartment has a large balcony with a nice view of the city. Guest access You will get access to the building and to the apartment. Other things to note To get to the apartment you have to go up to the top floor (the 9th floor) and climb 10 steps by stairs. Check-in between 8 pm and 7 am. We'll wait for you at the apartment for $10 or the equivalent in pesos at the 'blue' USD rate. Before or after that time, we'll wait for you at no charge. Important: For bookings made after 5 pm for same-day check-in, we will receive you at the apartment at the agreed time for the value of 10 usd or the equivalent in pesos at the blue usd rate.
