When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date, and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. 3 day minimum. Cost: 3 days $116 plus tax, 4 days $140 plus tax, 5 days $164 plus tax, 6 days $188 plus tax 7 days $212 plus tax. 8+ days $30/per day plus tax.  The heater will be turned on for the duration requested, once requested and paid for. Please note that while the heater will raise the water temperature, the final temperature can be affected by outside factors such as cooler daytime weather, windy conditions, and especially lower nighttime temperatures. These natural conditions can cause heat loss, which means the pool may not always reach your preferred warmth, even with the heater running continuously. The pool heat fee covers the cost of operating the heater and is not a guarantee of a specific water temperature. The days and times of this may vary depending on weather, Holiday's etc. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out of it so that they can perform their work. Generally, the pool service takes approximately 30 minutes. Landscaping services are performed weekly by a professional landscaping company.
