The space **We will open our laundry room for stays in May and June!** This space is like your own little apartment. You have a private entrance, large bedroom with new tempur-pedic king-sized bed, additional small room with a twin bed (folds out into 2 twin beds if needed), newly renovated bathroom with stand up shower, small writing desk and your own living area including a dining table set up for two (we can provide more chairs with notice). NO FULL KITCHEN, but we provide a small refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker. We can provide an induction burner and instant pot upon request! The bathroom has a shower with great water pressure and comes stocked with all bath amenities, hair dryer, and plenty of clean, fluffy towels. On-street parking is easily available and free (refer to the "additional rules" section for all information). A short walk to CTA bus lines and a 10 minute drive to I-94 via Touhy Ave. Lake Shore Drive is about a 15 minute drive. We are a responsible, career and family-oriented couple with 2 small children and friendly dog. When the space isn't utilized for airbnb it's our children's play space, so there are lots of games, puzzles and some dried playdough on the rug! We are happy to make ourselves available to you for any questions or requests. This location is perfect for a visit to Northwestern University, St. Francis Hospital, Downtown Evanston, etc. We have a small playground directly next door and a large park 2 blocks away (James Park). There is a $50 cleaning fee. **please note check-in and check-out times** If you need to arrive earlier or stay later, please check with me in advance. I will accommodate wherever I can.
