Our home is just minutes away from some amazing hiking trails as well as a .5 mile walk to the town center. We are surrounded by pine trees and when sitting outside our home the sound of the wind blowing through the trees is a magical experience. Our family lives here full time which includes 3 young children so if you don’t mind the sounds of little feet above your head this is the place for you. This studio lies on the first floor of the main home with a separate entrance, private bathroom with shower and a fully stocked kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave, counter convection oven and stovetop. There is a queen bed as well as a large couch. If you have a toddler/baby, we can provide you with a playpen. Guest passes to club facilities are provided i.e. tennis courts, golf course, pool, club lounge, cafe and game room. I will be available throughout your stay. If you need anything, simply message me. Close to Pine Mountain Club community amenities for all to enjoy, which include pool, golf course, tennis, restaurants, shopping village, hiking, dog park, recreation room. playground, baseball field, fishing, & an equestrian center. Given our centrally located home, you can get anywhere in minutes and parking is a non-issue. We have the best WiFi Pine Mountain Club has to offer as I work completely remotely. However, there may be occasional outages given our remote location. No smoking No pets No parties Please do not leave food/trash bags in your car or outside the home as it will attract bears who have a history of doing major damage to personal property. All trash must be taken with you or disposed of at the Transfer site at 16143 Aleutian Dr. (Pass the equestrian center at the end of the road)
