Should The Sun-God Ever Bless Us With A Decent Summer. ⭐️Always Available Via The App Our home features two good-sized double bedrooms, with large sliding wardrobes (ideal for storage), a living room with TV and a comfortable sofa-bed (please note the sofa bed is a “small double” size i.e. 6 inches, slightly narrower than a double bed), a well equipped kitchen & dining area, a work-from-home style office space, as well as an outdoor seating area, overlooking the private garden. The TV in the living room is a Smart TV, with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc (please note you would need to log In/Out of your own accounts.) Free Wi-Fi comes as standard. There are board games, jigsaws and playing cards available in the living room too - for those rainy days! As well as a good selection of books and DVD’s, which our guests are welcome to enjoy. You have full access to all the amenities, such as Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, Iron, Hairdryer etc and there’s a good-sized bath/shower, if you want to unwind at the end of a long day! All Bed Linens and Towels are supplied and washed with Fairy non-bio detergent, on a high temperature steam wash. We also provide you with Tea, Coffee, Sugar and other kitchen essentials, such as Salt & Pepper, Washing Powder and of course, Toilet Paper; for your comfort. For your safety, there are interconnected smoke alarms, with heat detection, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher (visible in the kitchen) and a security camera at the front and back door of the property. There is a car park to the rear of the property with free parking - with plenty of parking spaces always available. The house is ideally located: City Centre - 30 min walk = 10 min drive Glasgow Green - 2 min walk = 1 min drive Celtic Park - 15 min walk = 2 min drive Hampden Park - 40 min walk = 10 min drive Bridgeton Train St. - 5 min walk = 2 min drive Convenience Store/Café/Takeaway = 1 min Glasgow Airport = 20 min drive If travelling by car the house can be easily reached from the M8, M74 and M77 motorways, otherwise Bridgeton Train station is a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation is 5 minutes drive from the Celtic football ground and the Emirates Arena and 5 minutes drive from the Tollcross International Swimming Centre. A short walk will take you to Glasgow Green; Glasgow’s oldest park, a great place to explore, featuring the Peoples Palace, Nelsons Monument and the Templeton Factory. Glasgow Cathedral, Strathclyde University and the Barrowlands are roughly an 8 minute drive. Driving to the SECC etc, takes about 20 minutes, but be mindful traffic and parking can be a nightmare. It may be more efficient to walk to Bridgeton Train Station, which can take you directly to the Exhibition Centre (only 4 stops away on the train), takes about 10 minutes, and will drop you off at the venues; Ovo Hydro, SECC and Armadillo. Guest Access: Guests have full use of this self-contained property. Other Things to Note: Check-in is from 3pm Check-out is no later than 11am The property is strictly non-smoking. However ashtrays have been made available on the garden table. We do not accept Hen Nights, Stag Nights or otherwise. This is a quiet, residential neighbourhood and we ask all our guests to be respectful of our neighbours.
