Private Room In Bright New Town Apartment

A room in a bright and spacious shared second-floor​ Georgian apartment in the New Town area of Edinburgh city centre. Walking distance from Princes Street, Edinburgh Waverley, and the Royal Mile, the apartment is situated around​ the corner from a number of quirky, independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and boutiques on vibrant Broughton Street. The space A private bedroom, within a two bedroom flat, with Queen sized bed, shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, and a shared, large, light filled living and dining area. Guest access Private double bedroom, with beautiful natural light, large Georgian windows and plenty of storage space to hang up your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped and guests are encouraged to make themselves at home. Tea, coffee, milk and basic kitchen sundries will be supplied. The bathroom is newly renovated, with a rainfall shower head, and excellent water pressure! There is a washing machine, and traditional Edinburgh 'Pulley' to dry washing on. The flat is on the second floor, up two flights of stairs with no lift - so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. During your stay We live in the apartment, so will be available in person where possible, otherwise just a phonecall away! Other things to note We are young working professionals, who love to travel, eat, drink and to meet new people. We are Edinburgh locals, and we would be more than happy to share our knowledge so that you can discover some of the lesser known gems in Edinburgh!
