TV in the Master bed, Wi-Fi internet, 7 outdoor swimming pools and poolside grills. Our condo is conveniently located to Myrtle Beach activities including Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlet, Carl Ripken stadium, Myrtle Waves Water Park and miniature golf. The beach is a short one and one-half miles. This new Magnolia condo is an ideal choice if what you’re looking for is a Myrtle Beach vacation getaway that is both a quiet retreat yet close to a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Other Details to Note To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please review and follow these house rules: • No pets allowed • No parties or events • Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times • Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM • No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony • No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted anywhere on Magnolia Pointe properties Violation of these rules may result in additional fees or removal from the property without a refund, in accordance with HOA policies. Security & Guest Verification This property complies with local regulations, which include completing a rental agreement, ID verification, and a refundable security hold (pending only, not a charge). Guests may opt for a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, with an additional $3 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
