Le Lieu, pretty small house in the countryside

Small house of 80m2 with its land of 4000m². Relaxing and quiet objective in a corner of the countryside near the leisure base of the Rincerie (3km). For your nights Le Lieu offers 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine. For your days, an equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area with stove and an outdoor area with garden furniture and some fun and sporty surprises. The place is there to relax, so it is not open to a festive activity. The space Formerly renovated to make a beautiful cozy house. The accommodation includes on the ground floor: - a kitchen with everything you need to cook with your family, an oven and a ceramic glass plate, two small fridges, coffee maker, kettle, microwave. If there is something missing ask us we may have it at home. - the kitchen is open to a dining room with a library for young and old. We provide games for children (and parents). In winter a wood-burning stove will warm the atmosphere. - A bathroom with shower and washing machine. - A bedroom with a 140 bed and dresser overlooking the courtyard. At your disposal on request for baby: bathtub/changing table, baby bed with new mattress and high chair. Upstairs you will find: - a mezzanine with TV, a sofa bed (bed 90), poufs etc. - a room with 160 bed, dresser and desk (teleworker welcome) - one room with 120 bed, 90 bed and dresser - a second bathroom with bathtub. Outside for you: - a closed courette with barbecue - a 4000m2 field (partly enclosed), with garden furniture and fun and sporting surprises for the whole family (mini field of hockey on grass, badmington, labirynthe etc.) - depending on the season, cherries, apples, blackberries The listing is connected to Wi-Fi (fiber) The entry is independent. Guest access You have access to all the accommodation and the land is for your personal use, you may have the visit of our cats and many small animals who like to walk there (hares, rabbits and sometimes snakes). If you have a dog, he has asked you to watch him, the field is not fully enclosed and he should not run cats or other animals. In the accommodation, thank you for not giving him access to the rooms and upstairs. You have 4000m2 at your disposal, the other part of the land is for our private use. Other things to note SHEETS and TOWELS: They will be provided for free. When you leave, please strip your beds and put the sheets in the downstairs bathroom. HOUSEKEEPING "Leave the home in the condition you found it." If you don't have the time or desire to clean, let us know. This service will be charged 40€ YOUR ARRIVAL On the first day, if possible, tell us your arrival time. If we are not there when you arrive, we will put the keys in a key box and visit you when we return. The accommodation is available from 17h and must be returned before 11h. Possible arrangement according to previous or next rentals. The accommodation is non-smoking (it's really important), outside no problems, but thank you for picking up your butts.
