Welcome to The Dry Dock! Just 1 mile from Presque Isle's sandy beaches, you will get to experience all that Lake Erie has to offer. This large 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor features a spacious kitchen and family room, free parking, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, A/C, security cameras, and outdoor night lighting. The complex also has a "Public Dock" area that is open for all guests to enjoy dining and grilling as well as our outdoor firepit and games. The public area is a short walk from your unit. The space This unit has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and desk, the other with a full bed and a small pullout loveseat. This loveseat can sleep one small person comfortably. The living room and kitchen are very spacious, making it the perfect family-friendly place to stay! The kitchen has full size appliances and is well stocked to cook family meals. Boat parking with electric is $10 per day. Two parking spots for this unit. $10 per night fee for extra cars if available and must be reserved when booked. Guest access You will have private access to your own first floor apartment. Pets? Please when possible have the pets go in the designated dog park area which is behind the back apartment complex. We do realize that it’s not always possible to get your pet back there to use the bathroom but when possible please do not let them go pee in the area where we have yard games set up for guest. There are dog poop bags on the fence. And we do ask that dogs are on leashes at all times. Please do not leave animals barking unattended in the unit as it may disturb other guests. Other things to note This is an apartment building. It is a first floor apartment. It does have shared walls with other apartments. We ask that you do consider the noise level in your unit before renting this apartment. We ask that you do not leave dogs unsupervised. No smoking in units. Absolutely no smoking of any kind you will be charged a large cleaning fee If you do plan on using the fire pits. We do try to stock it. At times it does run out. You’re welcome to bring your own. We also try to sell it at around $10 per bundle. We have seen at the local grocery store is in Beer distributors in the area to try to stock Wood.
