The flat benefits from its own independent gated access, small garden area, located in a very quiet area, near walking path to enjoy the beauty of Ipswich. The space A cozy flat currently setup for a couple. Private kitchen with Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A complete home away from home. Guest access Access is via a wooden gate to the side of the house. Keys to the gate and flat would be handed over on arrival or can be left in a key safe in the event of a self check in. For your security, the door can only be opened from the outside with the key so please please don’t lock yourself out by leaving the keys inside if you’re going out. Other things to note Whilst trying not to pass any cost of cleaning back to our guests, we would appreciate that the flat is left in a clean state when checking out. If the flat is left dirty, we will have to request a small fee to cover the cost of cleaning.
