Set in a quiet hamlet the cottage is well appointed and has pretty gardens, with far reaching views. Enjoy a weekend exploring the moors ideal for walkers and cyclists. A superb location to enjoy Dartmoor, beaches, local activities & all the South West has to offer! The space The property has been recently renovated and has modern stylish kitchen with utility area and downstairs cloakroom. The downstairs has traditional original beams but please note that headroom is still good for the over 6 footers! The living room has a comfortable settee and chairs and is open plan with the dining area, Upstairs is bright and airy with high ceilings and views over the surrounding countryside. 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with double bed. The bathroom has roll top bath and separate shower, toilet and wash basin. Outside the garden is south westerly facing and on different levels with seating areas on each level to relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. Please note that the garden has different levels with steps which may be a hazard for young children and the garden is not completely secure. A high chair is available if required. There is ample parking for 2 cars. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, garden and some garage space if required. The only room of the house not available is the third bedroom which has been locked. Other things to note Access to the house is easiest through the garden which is on 3 different levels with 4 steps between levels, so the cottage may be unsuitable for guests with walking difficulties.
