The house is for family/friends travelers who want a cheaper option than hotels where you can cook or simply request our Nanang to cook for you, like paluto type. Our home is located along Marcos Highway, Immayos Norte, San Juan, Ilocos Sur which is very accessible for those who need a home to stay or just rest. Our home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom & 1 half bathroom. We are in a safe and peaceful family compound. Address: No. 5 Immayos Norte, San Juan, Ilocos Sur Philippines The space This is an extension house from our family house. It’s like your home away from home. Our mother was the taking care of it. You will feel the Ilocano hospitality through the warm welcome of our Nanang. Guest access You will have fully access to the 3 rooms with 1 full bathroom & 1 half bathroom. Garage and common kitchen that only my mother use. We are in gated family compound so it will be safe for you to stay. All our neighbor were close relatives of ours. Other things to note If you want Nanang to cook for your food, you may request from her, give her a budget for market as per your requested menu and pay her cooking fee (ask her personally how much) Take Note: *The house is a semi-furnished home *No Closet at the moment *Kitchen is shared with my Nanang only *Climb stairs going to 2nd floor *Dining and kitchen is share with my Nanang only
