It’s separated from the upper living areas making it your own space during your stay. •Queen bed in bedroom •Quality bed linens and guest approved pillows! •Memory foam mattress •32 inch Smart TV with streaming channels • Govee mood lighting! •Dedicated workspace in room •Sitting area with couch and coffee table •Kitchenette (mini fridge, keurig and microwave) •Private bathroom with shower The home has central heating and air conditioning kept between 70-74 degrees in winter and 62-64 degrees in the summer. There is a fan provided for guest use in warm months and a heated blanket, wall heater and space heater for guest use during cold months. 🔹The Area: Welcome to our Cincinnati home! The neighborhood is urban suburban - 15 minutes up the hill from Downtown Cincinnati, Paycor Stadium and more! Mount Airy Forest is a highlight near by - a short 7 minute drive away offers beautiful hiking trails, Arboretum and Everybody’s Treehouse! 🌳 Outback Steakhouse, a well known favorite is nearby. Ron’s Roost is just up the road. They have a relaxed atmosphere with full bar, known for its fried chicken, BBQ and live music monthly. The guest suite is accessed through a gate to the left of the stairs. 🔹Upon entering through the gate you will be on the guest patio with hot tub. 🔹The door to the guest suite is found there. 🔹 You have a dedicated guest code that will be sent to you before check in to use during your stay for that door. Other things to note 🔹The doors for guests are the “Guest Room” and “Bathroom” The doors have signs on them. 🔹The “Garage,” “Work Room” and “Storage” are labeled as such and private. 📝 Please note: Our friendly cats 🐈‍⬛ 🐈 are in the house but their access to the Airbnb is generally restricted. They stay upstairs on the upper floors and guests with mild allergies have been comfortable to stay but for those with more severe allergies we don’t not suggest our place. You can sometimes hear them running around upstairs during the day. We hope that won’t bother you but let us know. We do our best minimize it during quiet hours. 💜 🔹 We do live upstairs so you may hear us from time to time during daily living but we observe the same quiet hours as our guests. We provide a fan and ear plugs but since we do live here, it’s not perfectly quiet at all times but we do our best. 🔹 Laundry is not generally included but ask if you have the need, we may be able to oblige.
