Safe neighborhood, besides police station. General store and medical store are below the building. The space It's a studio apartment. Cozy for one person. Has a TV, microwave, and gas stove for cooking as well. Guest access The entire apartment is for the guest. None else would be staying there except for the guest. The keys would be handed over to the guest and he/she may walk in and out of the apartment as and when he/ she pleases. Other things to note At this apartment we have water that comes in at 8am to 9am and once again from 4pm to 5pm. There is tank in the house which needs to be filled during the water timings so to make sure you have more than enough water during the rest of the time. Laundry service available at the expense of the guest. House keeping available at the expense of the guest. Guest staying for more than a month would need to bare the expense of Gas and Electricity
