ONE BEDROOM in semi-detatched house in quiet & neighbourly street. 7 min walk to: - Town centre: high street shops, cinemas & restaurants - Trains, buses, coaches & taxis to anywhere inc London PLUS: - Cleaner - Super fast broadband - TV & food/drink making facilities in all rooms - Kitchen/diner - Upstairs bathroom & downstairs toilet This is my home, not a hotel. Unauthorized guests are charged at £50 per person, per visit. Early and late checkouts are charged £10 p/h. The space You will have ONE private and beautifully decorated quiet room with either a snuggly double or kingsize bed, bedside tables, lamps, desk, microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery, mugs, tea, coffee, chair, wardrobe or chest of drawers or coat stand and TV. Bedding, towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided, also a nice warm blanket and pillows. An iron and small ironing board are also in the room to use as you please. Guest access You will have free use of your private bedroom, bathroom, downstairs toilet and kitchen/diner. There is plenty of parking and you will have no need to worry about permits. Please feel free to prepare your breakfasts, cook your own evening meals in the kitchen and I can also recommend excellent local pubs, restaurants and take-aways. During your stay While in passing, or a fun chat in the evening whilst you enjoy your stay is more than welcome :) If you check my reviews, you will see I love a good conversation! I also have two incredibly friendly and quiet small dogs who stay only on the ground floor of the house or outside. I guarantee you will love them and if you aren't keen on dogs, please do not worry, I keep them separate from the guests at most times unless you want to play with them which they will love! Sometimes I see my guests and other times unfortunately not as I will be away or running errands but I am always easily contactable by phone if you so need me. Other things to note Cinema, bowling, many many restaurants and high street shopping (The Lexicon). On Fridays there is a delicious international food market selling meat, fruit, bread, desserts and hot foods like American, Chinese, Jamaican, German etc - 10 min walk. The Bracknell Leisure Centre with spa, swimming pool and gym - 10 min walk away/3 minute drive. The Lookout/Go Ape/Segway/Discovery Centre - 5 minute drive. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby open until late (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons) some are walkable, others drivable. If you are here without a car, Co-op is just 7 mins walk away along with a KFC, Harvester, fish & chip shop, Indian and Chinese take away.
