The apartment is 83m2, ground floor with a beautiful relaxing garden and has its own private entrance door from the outside so it's completely yours. The house is renovated since 2025, has floor heating, a tap for filtered boiling and sparkling water, an air ventilation system and a small sauna in the garden. The apartment has 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed. Both bedrooms have access to the garden which is located back side of the apartment. There is a single WC, a bathroom, and a storage room where the washing machine/dryer stands. The living room is with an open kitchen.
