PLEASE NOTE: It's a private bedroom in an appartment. It's NOT a private appartment. PLEASE NOTE: It's located right above a sports pub. Background noises are to be expected during the evening. We offer a private room in the heart of the Plateau to spend a memorable time in Montréal. You will also find metro Mont-Royal and parc Lafontaine just a few blocks away. The space The appartment is located on the second floor and has the following accomodations: - Living room (shared) - Your private bedroom with a queen bed - Bathroom with shower (shared) - Full kitchen (shared) - Dining room (shared) - Laundry room (shared) CITQ #294221 Guest access The room is reserved only for you. During your stay I go to work in the neighborhood and i live only 15 minutes away. I'm always available to give you a hand if needed. Other things to note The rom is located right on top of a sports pub. Background noise may be present during the evening. Light sleepers should bring earplugs just in case. Since the appartment is located on the second floor of a 3 storie building, you need to walk up approximatly 15 stairs. There's no elevator. It's unfortunatly not suited for guest with limited mobility. There is no private parking. Street parking is fairly easy and park meters are available if required. Pay attention and make sure to avoid sectors where red parking tags are required and reserved for residents. Pets are forbidden. There is no dishwasher. Sheets and towels are provided.
