Executive Studio in McKinley Hill

Have an awesome staycation at our Executive Studio in The Venice Luxury Residences. The unit is at the 9th floor with 42 sqm of space. In the balcony, you can relax and enjoy the view of the garden or sometimes you get to watch people playing tennis or badminton while sipping your favorite drink. The building is also directly connected to The Venice Grand Canal Mall making it very convenient for you to go out, explore, and return to your home away from home for that needed rest. The space The unit is complete with a queen size bed, sofa bed, personal workspace area, 40-inch Smart TV with free use of Disney+, Air-conditioner, fully automatic washing machine, premium dining set, 2-door refrigerator, complete kitchen, complete bathroom with water heater and a toilet seat with washer/bidet (like those that you see in Korea and Japan). Ideal for 2 people but we are allowing for a maximum of 3 people (including kids) to stay. We have one (1) queen size bed and (1) convertible sofa-bed. The unit has a balcony with the courtyard/garden view. We have a foldable hanging table and two (2) high chairs. On the same balcony, you will find a hidden clothesline at the back of the air-conditioning unit. Unlimited wifi is also available with speed up to 50mbps. Towels may be provided only if requested upon booking. Other things to note Pest control is being done a regular basis. We have placed preventive measures to minimize the event of small roaches from other units to travel via small door spaces and sink holes. Please help us maintain cleanliness by not leaving any unwashed dishes, throwing the garbage regularly and by taking care of the things inside the unit. Trash bins are located at Basement 1. Just ride the elevator and it should be on the left or at the back. Kindly note that this is not a hotel but a home. We tried to lower down the fees without sacrificing quality and comfort. It has some imperfections but it is clean and complete giving guests more value for their hard earned money.
