With two gated entrances (one locked each evening for added peace of mind), you can feel confident that your vehicles and tools are safe. Self check-in is available via a key safe, and we’re always nearby if needed, while still respecting your privacy. After a long day at work, our retreat offers the perfect place to unwind—cook a meal, watch Netflix, or simply enjoy the peaceful view of our goats outside your window. While the shower is functional and clean, it is not a power shower. If a more luxurious bathroom experience is important to you, we invite you to explore our other accommodation on this app, which features an upgraded shower room. During your stay, you may enjoy seeing our friendly rescue hens, spotting red kites, buzzards, or even a little owl at dusk, as well as muntjac deer and rabbits roaming nearby. While the surroundings are peaceful and scenic, your stay will be quiet and undisturbed. Please note: We’re not a party or BBQ location. This is not a petting farm—our animals are part of our private family life. For safety and tranquility, we have a no-children policy, as we are located on a working farm. Guest access Our property features an electric gated entrance leading to our private driveway, ensuring both security and privacy for our guests. Should guests require alternative check-in or check-out times, we kindly ask that they inform us, and we will gladly accommodate their request to the best of our ability. For added security measures, we secure our main gate in the evening. Other things to note Guest Information We kindly ask all guests to respect our need for privacy and to maintain a reasonable noise level during their stay. For everyone's comfort and security, we also request that no outside visitors are invited to the premises. Thank you for your understanding. Animals on the Property Please note, we have three dogs who may bark when guests are coming and going. We kindly ask that you avoid walking near the fencing of our private area and refrain from approaching the house. If you need to contact us during your stay, please do so via the Airbnb messaging platform. You may also hear the gentle sounds of our hens throughout the day as they go about their routine. Our newest additions are four goats, who are part of our private family life. We kindly ask that guests do not feed them or approach their fencing, as we are not a holiday petting farm. Privacy and Security For security reasons, we ask that no photos of our house or the surrounding private areas be shared online.
