Vacation home De Koolmees is located in a beautiful spot in the nature reserve De Loonse and Drunense dunes. You walk from the house into the woods to enjoy the forest, deer and the beautiful sand plains, which are so characteristic of these dunes. The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished, with the idea that the visitor immediately feels "at home," enveloped in warmth. The garden is located on a unique old forest lake (a so-called wheel), which you can see from the terrace. The space Overall: wonderfully atmospheric and lovingly decorated. It feels like your second home. Nothing has been skimped on. The ground floor, 8 by 9 meters, is furnished with an open kitchen equipped with all possible kitchen appliances and a lounge area. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a rain shower and a washer/dryer combination. Under the open loft is the lounge area with TV. The upper floor, accessible by a steel spiral staircase, is the sleeping area of 25 m2 with two large dormer windows (5 meters wide) from which you have a magnificent view over the large garden and the lake. A king size bed (180 x 200) with a top mattress ensures that you wake up rested. The house has electric underfloor heating and soon a wood-burning stove will be installed. There is a large closet downstairs for storage and on the upper floor there is a rack where clothes can be hung. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal with its own entrance. Lots of privacy because a fence has been placed adjacent to the terrace of the vacation home. A part of the garden, 1500 m2 in size, is entirely at the disposal of the guests. The car is parked on the premises itself. Other things to note The house is not suitable for children. The target group is adult couples, friends or girlfriends. Two extra beds can be placed on request.
