Las Vistillas is a designer house within the "Tajamares de La Pedrera" Club, 10 minutes by car from the "Balneario La Pedrera", 500 meters from the Sea. Located on 4,500m2 on "the Lake", forming a large mirror of fresh water on a natural undulating ground typical of the Uruguayan countryside. Hence the name that alludes to "Las Vistillas de Madrid" for its raised floor, the connection with the water, for the views it offers, from a privileged place. The space The house's main area includes a large living room, dining room with a warm wood-burning stove, kitchen with integrated island, large galleries, grill, outdoor dining room, deck and solarium, a large suite room with TV and dressing room, dressing table, bathroom, service patio, and parking for 3 vehicles. On the Lake, you will have a living room or game room that houses two single beds integrated in double height that includes a wood-burning stove, full bathroom, upstairs suite with dressing room, deck outside and laundry. Outside you will enjoy an exclusive dock on the lake, with a living room, a boat with oars for rides in the Tajamar and fishing with return. This entire complex hosts a total of 6 people who will enjoy the lake shore, pine forests, the sea, exclusive beach, gullies and the different colors of greens that make up a majestic and changing visual framework, which is accentuated by the wonderful sunsets reflected in the lake. The idea is to spend time there with family or friends, so the outdoor spaces, decks, gardens and views take center stage. Guest access The Club offers several services such as a tennis court, soccer, lakes for common use, a SUM with a ping pong table, security, a permanent caretaker, and access to the sea on foot or by car. For stays longer than 6 nights, a full house cleaning plus a change of bed linen and towels is included.
