Approximately 3 miles away with a direct route to the Empire Polo Club. Close access to local grocery stores, casinos, bars, Starbucks, Walmart, Bank of America, and a variety of eateries. The space This is a 4-bedroom and two bathroom spacious home. There is a full functioning kitchen with most of the necessary items. Our guests can relax at home, watching TV with access to various streaming apps and WiFi connectivity. Our guests can also enjoy spending the day catching in the patio, or cooking on the BBQ grill. There is also a private outside shower and restroom. The Backyard is separated by a fence because there is a separate on-site casita occupied by long-term tenants. Rest assured, the tenants are quiet, respectful, and keep to themselves— you're unlikely to even notice they're there. You will still have your space with peace of mind and privacy. Check-in is through a keyless keypad. An access code will be provided a few days before check-in. The home security cameras are the regular front door ring and the ring flood lights overlooking the front parking spaces. Guest will continue to have their privacy. Guest access The entire house is accessible except the garage. Other things to note There is a private ADU on the property that is separated by a fence and not accessible to the guest. The ADU tenants have the first parking spot (left side).
