Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema. The space When you enter the house, you come into a spacious, bright living area, where the fireplace is also located. Immediately after the entrance on the left you come into a small hallway. Straight ahead is the small bathroom and to the left is a bedroom. On a 2nd level in the living area is the study overlooking the terrace, which can be accessed through 2 large French windows. From the kitchen area, you can enter the main bedroom on the left, which is adjacent to a spacious bathroom. Behind the house (to the left of the terrace) there is a small storage room where, for example, the grill is kept. Other things to note It is recommended to arrive with a halfway off-road car. Long, flat cars are particularly unsuitable. Mainly in the winter months. The only air conditioning in the house is located in the master bedroom and can only be turned on during the day with enough sun. The tap water is not drinking water! The house is located in the middle of nature, which is why despite all the care it can happen that ants or other insects sneak into the house or wasps fly around on the terrace.
