A character 'Holiday style' cottage located at the heart of a quintessentially English village, within an area of National Landscape. From here you have direct access to 3,000 acres of The Hurtwood and Leith Hill a National Trust Summit, offering extensive walking and cycling with distant views to the South Downs as well as plentiful local pubs and cafes. just 10 minutes drive is the Kingfisher Farm shop for all of your weekend provisions. The space The cottage stands privately through grand entrance gates and is accessed via a wisteria covered entrance porch. The ground floor comprised living room, kitchen-diner and a double bedroom. ( please note there is no ground floor WC) On the first floor is the master bedroom over looking the garden with en-suite shower room . There is a further twin bedroom. The spacious guest bathroom comprises hand basin, WC and a bath with shower above. The secluded gardens and woodlands are accessed from french doors and a side gate; note that the garden is not fenced. Parking is available for 3 cars , off road and adjacent to the drive. Guest access This is my home and I retain one room for my personal storage, the shed will remain locked. Bikes can be stored in the open garage but it is essential to bring you own bike locks Other things to note The house is not child proofed and so please let me know well in advance if you have any additional requirements such as a cot, high chair and child locks. Well behaved dogs are allowed so long as they remain ' 4 paws on the floor' and in the kitchen and lounge only. Please also note there is no WC on the ground floor.
