The lower level has a guest bedroom and bathroom, plus a large family room with a ping-pong table. There are two TVs with Dish network. There is an upper and lower deck with ample furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The large stationary dock with a floater and upper party deck provides lots of space to play in the water and tie up a boat. The wide cove is great for swimming, tubing, and fishing. Max occupancy is six people over the age of two years old (county and state law). This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
