Victorian getaway Apt 5 5 Bedroom Apartment (3 Kings, 2 Queen,) in a great location for local Lake Erie beaches, fishing and wineries. Outdoor lovers will enjoy The Dunkirk Pier, Point Gratiot, Wright Park Beach, Van Buren Bay, and Canadaway Creek, and The Barker Common Park. Walking distance to Fredonia State, 5 min to local wineries & pubs, 30 min to Chautauqua, an hours drive to Erie PA, Buffalo NY, or Niagara Falls. The space The kitchen comes with general utensils, glasses, dishes, and cooking ware. Beautiful Victorian 5 bedroom apartment with 3 King size beds, 1 Queen size bed, and 1 Full size beds, a small leather sectional sofa, leather reclining loveseat and dining room space. new updated pictures of the King size mattresses in their bedrooms to come. Air conditioning units in each bedroom. The living space has a beautiful Flexsteel sectional, Flexsteel reclining loveseat, and Flexsteel recliner. The dining space chairs and can comfortably host 6 for daily meals. The bedrooms come with a white comforters, sheets, pillows, toilet paper, tissues, soap and shampoo. There is an air conditioning unit in each of the five bedrooms to keep things comfortable. The back patio, front porch, and backyard are available to you to use. Guest access There is plenty of parking in the back of the house. The code to the lock box will be given closer to the date of arrival. Other things to note Your chance to sleep in a historic local mansion and well... a sorority suite as well. There are a few flights of stairs to climb for this apartment. Not a huge deal but something to note if that's an issue. This apartment has a long hallway with a long history of past years members on the wall. Many guests find this endearing but it is a bit different so we wanted you to be aware of it. We were going to take the photos down but decided it was an area of interest and fun for the apartment so we left them up. We recently added a small half bathroom in a closet for convenience sake - We are letting you know - we know its small lol -but does the trick in a pinch.
