Located in the grounds of Heritage Farm Village and Museum, a family friendly attraction near Huntington, WV. This Smithsonian Institute Affiliate brings the history of the Appalachian experience to visitors. All guests receive FREE admission to the Village. A 2 night minimum stay is required to reserve this unit. The space Located only 1.5 miles from I-64 and 5 miles from downtown Huntington! This cabin allows you to step back in time and experience a peaceful retreat from the rat race of everyday life. Blackberry Inn is constructed from hand hewn logs repurposed from Appalachian cabins. It is furnished with our beautiful antiques and modern appliances. Without the distraction of television you can recharge and reconnect. Guest access You will have the entire cabin to yourselves. The driveway is shared with a nearby home, but there is plenty of on-site parking and multiple entrances to the cabin as well as a nearby pool that is open to all overnight guests. The pool is open to other lodgers at Heritage Farm, so there is a possibility you will need to share it with others. Other things to note Directions From I-64: 1. Take Exit 8 (5th Street East) of Huntington, WV. 2. Follow signs to on-ramp of I-64 West/Johnstown Road. 3. Turn right onto Johnstown Road from the I-64 West on-ramp. 4. Follow Johnstown Road about a mile until you come to a stop sign. 5. At the sign, turn left and go across the bridge onto Harvey Road. 6. Follow Harvey Road 1.7 miles past the large gates and continue until you see a small driveway on your right marked "Blackberry Gate". Your cabin will be to the left past the black barn. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do NOT heed any GPS device that directs you to the farm from German Ridge Road. Please approach the farm only from I-64 or 14th Street West in Huntington.
