Get comfy with Fresh Bedsheets, Pillowcase and Blanket all night. Kitchen may be small but it has your basic needs for cooking. Bathroom is equipped with shower heater for relaxing shower. The space The unit is simply designed to have everything you might need for a comfortable stay. HONEST GUESTS ARE VERY WELCOME ! 🩷 📌 BASE RATE of ₱1700+ per night only applies to 2 guests (One-Bedroom only). This is to discount couples who don't need two rooms. 📌 STARTING RATE for a Two-Bedroom is ₱2600+ per night, which also covers up to 4 guests. 📌 TOTAL RATE per night will depend on the number of guests in your reservation. ✅ I provide some complementary essentials to my guest but not unlimited. ✅ I provide extra beds depending on the number of guest. ✅ Rescheduling of reservation is 4-7 days before your reservation date. ❌ Rescheduling last minute won't be accepted. ❌ No Unlimited Rescheduling. If there will be emergencies, you can ask assistance on the guards on duty inside the premises. Please don’t expect my caretaker to be there especially on midnight. Caretaker working hours is 9am-6pm (PH TIME) only, if you will need her help, she won’t be there after her working hours. Me, as owner and host, I reply to every inquiries and concerns as much as possible but there will be hours where I’m unable to reply specially during my sleeping hours. I will reply to your message as soon as possible.
