Fishing, swimming, hiking and lazing around are on the agenda... Our haven of peace is located at 3 minutes of Lavoûte-Chilhac, village classified more beautiful village of France. Village of character, authentic and charming. Lavoûte-Chilhac is very lively in season, all year round you will find shops and services, bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, post office, bank, restaurants, bars... The meanders of the Allier in the middle of the village, the priory or even the bridge of the XVth century are unmissable under no pretext. The first one, with a capacity of 15 people, is composed of a beautiful terrace accessible from the outside, 2 bedrooms, a large attic dormitory, a large living/dining room equipped with a giant screen. You will also have access to a kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 common toilet, 1 lounge/reading area On the first floor : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 common toilet, 1 laundry room, a summer kitchen and finally 1000 m² of land with a view on the Allier valley and on the famous hammock. The gite has many indoor and outdoor games, a Weber Barbecue. The gite benefits from WiFi network. According to the operators the cell phone network can vary. We will take care of the final cleaning of the house, which is included in the price. We put at your disposal a hammock, games for children, board games, a set of darts, a set of badminton... Also at your disposal a washing machine, a dishwasher, a clothes line, an iron and an ironing board. We provide you with comforters and their covers as well as pillows and their cases. When you arrive the beds are made. ATTENTION towels are not provided unless you validate the towel option at five euros per person and per stay in the rental contract you sign. As for the kitchen, everything you need is on site, cutlery, plates, dishes, oven, microwave, coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue machine and the indispensable barbecue! The second building is composed of 2 terraces accessible from the outside, 3 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room equipped with a large television with sofa bed. You will also have access to an equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and finally 800 m² of land with a view on the Allier valley. The gite has a garden furniture and a Weber barbecue. The Saint-Julien basilica is magnificent. Less than 40 km away you can discover the village of Prades, the abbey of Lavaudieu, the castle of Chavaniac-Lafayette, Le Puy-en-Velay, the viaduct of Garabit, the lake of Grandval, the plateau of Margeride...
