Private Entrance and Stylish Room & Bath

Hello! This is a comfortable one-bedroom and bathroom that has been newly renovated. Guests can enjoy a completely private access. Inside, the bedroom is well-equipped for a comfortable stay and convenient work space. the bathroom is well-stocked with essentials. Kitchen and laundry are not available for the unit. Perfect for solo travelers, couples in town for work or just visiting! The space Bedroom Furnished with a queen size bed and a closet. There is a small desk with a comfortable office chair to function as a work space, and a wall mounted folding table for enjoying coffee and meal. Bathroom Equipped with a hair dryer, cotton pads, applicators and washcloths for makeup. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth are provided for each number of guest. Private hallway There are a microwave and a small fridge in the hallway. Guest access Parking The parking lot is located in the backyard through 8 feet wide mutual driveway. Only small or medium-sized cars can pass. you can request one parking spot at least 24 hrs in advance. Backyard Entire backyard is open to the guests, but guests may share it with other guests. Guests will enter their bedroom from the backyard. Furnished with loungers and a zero gravity chair. During your stay We like to give our guests complete privacy during their stay. However, our family lives on the other side of the house, so you are more than welcome to reach us at anytime when you need anything. You can reach us via Airbnb, text, email or a knock on the door. Someone will always be there to answer any questions or requests. We recommend using Airbnb messages to contact us, for our 24 hours a day availability. Other things to note Host family (family of 3, no pets) lives in the other part of the house and you may hear some low level of noise occasionally.
