In the house you will find: - Garden with barbecue. - Living room, kitchen and bathroom. - 1 mezzanine - 1 bedroom with a double bed, - 1 bedroom (attic) with a full mattress, - air-conditioning and 3 single mattresses The space A charming place, to listen to the song of the various species of birds that come to visit us, watch the incredible sunset on the pool deck, admire the islands in the sea of Boiçucanga and simply relax... Guest access The condominium (common area) has: - Deck overlooking the sea, - 1.75M adult and children's pools, - Sauna, - Leisure space with hammocks, pool table, foosball, kids space, - Space with some gym equipment, - Parking (1 car per house), - 24-hour entrance. In the house you will find: - Garden with barbecue. - Living room, kitchen and bathroom (with heater serving the shower and sink). - 1 mezzanine, - 1 bedroom with a double bed, - 1 bedroom with a double mattress (not isolated from the previous bedroom - attic type), - 2 air-conditioners and 3 single mattresses, - Wi-Fi. Access to the condominium is allowed only with identification of all guests, information that I will request when the booking is closed (reservation confirmation) for later verification at the 24-hour reception. Other things to note - The entire electrical network is 220V. - All windows have mosquito screens. - Children, beware of windows, stairs and the swimming pool (1.75M. depth). There are no lifeguards in the condominium. - Wildlife is preserved in our condominium. - We recycle garbage and there is an appropriate place for correct disposal. - There are security cameras in the common/living areas of the condominium. - Days/Hours allowed for using the Sauna: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Hours allowed for pool use: Every day, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. - We do not charge a cleaning fee. - We don't provide towels or bed linens. However, if you wish, inform us of this need in the booking contact; for such a supply, we will charge an additional fee of R$150.00.
