Welcome home! Close to downtown, UGA, shopping, and restaurants, your peaceful, enormous master suite awaits. In your private suite, you will have: - Master bath with dual vanities, soaking tub, & separate shower - King size bed - Walk-in closet - 50" 4K Smart TV with Netflix, etc - Mini fridge - Microwave - Workstation with high-speed wifi - Keurig with full coffee station (to-go cups, sweeteners, you name it) The space ***IMPORTANT NOTE***: This is a private master suite in a home in which I also live with my cat, Gatsby, and dog, Emerson, neither of whom have ever harmed a soul. You may have as much or as little interaction with them as you like. For the sake of cleanliness, I do not allow my pets in the master suite. While I am a musician, I also have a deep respect for silence. This home is fully-equipped - whether you're looking for a clean kitchen to cook a meal in, a guitar to strum, a piano to play, or a couch to lounge on, you'll be set. Out back, you will find a fully-fenced in backyard, a dining table, and hammock. I take your safety and privacy seriously. While this is a very safe neighborhood, I have two outdoor security cameras for your peace of mind. One camera monitors the front of the house, and the other monitors the rear entrance. Please note that there are absolutely no cameras anywhere inside the house. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the laundry room, guest bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, back patio, etc - the only areas that are off-limits are my personal bedroom, personal office/studio, and the garage.
