Private bedroom with a queen sized bed in a comfortable, charming 4 bed/1 bath home within walking distance of GCU. Quiet neighborhood. Quick access to highways I-10 and I-17. Spacious backyard. This house is a room rental property and currently has 3 other people staying in the other rooms. Easy access to the property, and each room has its own unique door code. The space Each room is fully furnished and has a queen bed. Each room has its own assigned cabinet/pantry/fridge space. Please use your assigned space to store any food or other items. Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests. Guest access Your room number is #3. You will be provided a 4-digit code that will be used to access the entry doors and your bedroom door. Keys are not provided, however there is a lockbox on the side of the house in the event the lock batteries die. The front door requires a bit of a love-shove to get it open, but it does open. During your stay Check-in is completely self-guided, but if any issues arise, please reach out! Other things to note Parking is first come first serve. There are two driveways. Please park in whichever driveway is empty. Do not park in a driveway if there is already another car parked there. This way, no one gets blocked in. You can also park on the street. House Rules: - Please clean up after yourself and keep the common areas tidy - Wash your own dishes and put them away when dry - Check-out is at 11 AM. Late checkouts will be assessed a fee equal to the cost of an additional night. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fine. - Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the room, this will result in a $200 fine. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM - Unapproved guests are not permitted. A $100 fine will be charged for any guests not included in the original reservation. - Please do not move furniture or decor around - Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests.
