Enjoy the comfort of this quiet and central accommodation. There is a room in a two-story apartment. Walking distance to the city center. Access to: - An equipped kitchen (+dishwasher microwave) - Common living room (SmartTV: HBO, Netflix, Disney + Viaplay ), a guitar, books and board games. Ideal for single people, couples or couples with children. The apartment offers a stay in a secluded room on the second floor. Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the apartment. Host lives downstairs. During your stay During you stay in my house. You are the owner of the second floor. It means that I only will go upstairs the first time to show you how everything works. An exception of this rule will be if you need help with something and then you let me know. I mostly work outside the house or in my room. Sometimes I will be in the living room or kitchen. You are always welcome to be anywhere in the shared areas. I love to speak so if you too like to do that, then we will have many things to speak about. Otherwise I will understand if you are a reserved as person and/or prefer not to have much conversation. You are very welcome! Other things to note I am a teacher, which is why I am frequently away from home. My working hours are generally between 08:00 and 17:00. Since I’m working during the day and the checkouts are scheduled for late as 15.00 and sometimes there are guests at home until 15.00 the check in for new guest, although flexibility, are not always available before 17.30.
