Simple, old but clean and tidy self-contained one bedroom unit with one designated car parking space. Great location very close to the beautiful Ohope beach and a 2-minute stroll to the cafés and restaurants :-) Take a break, bring the surfboard or just your sunnies and a good book and unwind at the beach. The space Quiet, clean and tidy Beach get-away. Our community is very quiet and we ask you to respect our neighbours with keeping noise levels down in the evening. No parties. No pets sorry. Guest access Entire apartment and private deck outside the back ranch slider. Guests may also use the free BBQ and garden seats at the front of the property looking out onto Ohope Beach. Other things to note Apartment towels are not for Beach use- please bring your own Beach towels. Please leave the apartment as you found it, clean and tidy. Car parking for one car is allocated on site opposite the unit, any other cars must be parked on the very quiet road off the complex. Remove all used bed linen and towels and place on the floor in the bathroom at the end of your stay please. Have a lovely stay :-)
