The space This is a stand alone 500 square foot second story apartment located over our garage. Recently renovated, we have made sure it has everything needed for a comfortable stay- a fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals, a strong wifi signal, and an airy and comfortable interior. Off street parking spot available. There is a Double/Full size bed and a queen size sofa bed. Guest access As a family with small kids ourselves, we are happy to offer amenities to make your family vacation easy and fun. We have a pack and play, high chair, camp chairs, and just about any other kid gear needed. You will also have access to our washer and dryer upon request. Other things to note -Each room apartment is equipped with an a/c min split, which can also provide heat when needed. -The a/c mini splits can be managed via the available remote controls. The remotes have a slide cover the exposed the control buttons.
