The 1920 House, just minutes from downtown Kearney

This is a historic craftsman style house in a great location of Kearney. You are walking distance to downtown Kearney On The Bricks where you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. The MONA (Museum of Nebraska Art) is also located a couple of blocks from the house. If you like to ride bikes, walk or run, there is a walking/biking trail from Cottonmill State Park to Fort Kearney. This house sleeps 8 comfortably and has a rec room in the basement with a pool table and shuffleboard. The space Guests will have full use of all the living spaces except for a few private closets. This includes use of the basement game room with shuffle board and pool table. Full laundry room and 4 bedrooms with sitting room. Back yard and patio that is fenced. Detached garage is private and access is not permitted. Guest access Guest access will be trough a security code provided at time of arrival. Other things to note The home has separate HVAC for the 2nd level and the main level with the basement. Water is a soft water system and has separate RO filtered water at kitchen sink. Ceiling fans in most of the rooms.
