Full service grocery store is within walking distance. (1 block) Home is walking distance to many downtown restaurants bars and museums. The home is located on a corner lot. Abundant street parking as well as 2 off street driveway parking spots. The home has separate HVAC for the 2nd level and the main level with the basement. Water is a soft water system and has separate RO filtered water at kitchen sink. Ceiling fans in most of the rooms.
