Here's a breakdown of the features you can expect in each area of the apartment: Living Room/Kitchen: -The apartment boasts an open living room and kitchen space designed for convenience and relaxation. -The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, tea kettle, gas stove, and refrigerator. It also provides utensils, plates, cups, glasses, and cooking pots. -Enjoy entertainment on the 65-inch TV in the living room, which includes access to popular streaming platforms like Netflix and Disney's Hotstar. Gather around the stylish Marvel dining table, furnished with comfortable leather chairs. -To ensure your comfort, the property is fully air-conditioned for the summer months and heated for the winter season, thanks to the single plant smart air-conditioning system (VRV Air-conditioning system). -Experience a cozy ambiance with an indoor fireplace and an L-shaped leather sofa complemented by a center table. Bedroom/Bathroom: -All bedrooms feature king-sized cozy beds for a restful night's sleep. -The master bedroom is equipped with a 43-inch smart TV, offering access to popular over-the-top (OTT) platforms. -The second bedroom features a 32-inch TV with a FireTV stick, allowing you to enjoy various OTT platforms. -The bathrooms are fitted with modern fixtures, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience. Guest access Check-in/Check-out -Access to the apartment and the main entrance is conveniently done through keycodes, which will be generated a day before your arrival. This means you won't need traditional keys to enter the premises. -Check-in time is flexible, after 3pm, allowing you to arrive as late as you need. -The standard checkout time is 11 am. However, if you wish to extend your stay, you have the option to check out later with a fee. From 11 am to 3 pm, there is an additional charge of ₹500 per hour. If you check out after 3 pm, the tariff for the next day will be applied. -We usually adhere to these check-in and check-out times to allow our cleaners to prepare the apartment for the next guest. However, we understand that different circumstances may require alternative arrangements. Other things to note Property Type: Please note that this is a private home and not a hotel. We kindly ask guests to provide relevant documentation, such as ID proofs, to be submitted to the building control office. We will request this documentation either during or before the check-in process. -No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. We maintain a smoke-free environment for the comfort and safety of all our guests. -Smoking Fine: A fine of ₹1000 will be imposed for smoking inside the room. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy. -Conservation of Energy: As a responsible host, we kindly ask guests to switch off all electrical appliances and lights before checking out.
