This cozy guest apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It’s a 16 m2 studio room with garden access. The closest S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Buses are within a 5-7 Minute walk and it will only take you half an hour to get to Marienplatz. If you’re coming for a fair then you have a prime location here, as it only takes 10 minutes by public transport to the Messegelände. The space Please note that the bed is a sleeping couch(roughly 150x195cm). The TV has no public channels, but you can access Netflix or alternative platforms. Other things to note Please note that smoking of any kind inside the house will have to be charged with an extra fee. When checking out please make sure you logged out of all streaming devices on the TV, as we do not monitor them on a regular basis.
