Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: ✧ARE PETS ALLOWED? Yes. However, I would kindly ask you to do your utmost to prevent your pets from getting onto the sofa and the bed, and to ensure that any waste in the garden is collected. ✧IS THE PROPERTY SMOKING? Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (which is equipped with a smoke detector). ✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE HOUSE? Up to 3 people can stay. Please note, however, that the sofa bed measures only 110 x 180 cm. ✧ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath linens are always provided. ✧IS LINEN PROVIDED? Yes, all necessities are provided, you will not need to clutter with your sheets, cover ect. ✧IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning fee is included in the rental price (€15 per stay, payable by you and included in the rental price, and €15 payable by me) so that the house and linen are delivered to you clean for your arrival. However, the tenant is required to return it in its normal state of use (dishes done, clean floor, etc.). ✧WHERE CAN I PARK? Spots are available on the street (free spaces).
