The master bedroom offers the most comfortable king size bed we've ever slept on! The second bedroom has a very comfy queen size bed, and two twin beds occupy the loft - perfect for the kids. The common living space contains sleeping space for 2 additional guests on the very large sectional couch. The Keurig and coffee supplies are for your morning pleasure, as well as basic breakfast items. Please keep music and noise down to respect the neighbors. NO SMOKING OR PARTIES in the house, please. There is a parking space on premises and free street parking on College Ave and surrounding streets. Additional safety features in the house include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors on every floor, several wifi-enabled air-quality sensors, and a wifi-enabled thermostat that will notify us in the unlikely event of any issues.
