Description
Spacious and bright cottage (sleeps 5) 300 m from the beach and close to shops and parking. On the 1st level, it consists of a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 160 bed/TV and 1 bathroom/WC. On the 2nd level, in the mezzanine, 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and 1 bed of 90 with plenty of storage. Breathtaking view of the Gruissan pond, the Clape massif and the old village with its Barbarossa tower. The space The cottage is fenced (ideal if you have children) with a downstairs relaxation/lounge area and a real built-in barbecue. Ideally located, 300 meters from the mythical beach of the Gruissan chalets (filming of the movie 37°2 in the morning), close to all shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacco/press, greengrocer, fishmonger, restaurants, children's playground, large free parking on site and bus stop next door. You can spend your entire stay on foot, if you wish. Numerous windows will allow you to enjoy the splendid sunset every evening and a breathtaking view of the Clape massif, the old village, the port and the Gruissan pond during the day. At your disposal is a closed and secure garage to store your bikes or other equipment, with electrical outlet. Loan of 2 adult bikes on request and at no extra cost. For the winter, beautiful fireplace/Insert in the living room/lounge in addition to central heating. Fully air-conditioned. At the beach of the chalets, there is a special state of mind, which you will not find anywhere else, with a peaceful and family atmosphere, accompanied by a wide range of summer and winter activities (water sports, sailing school, mountain biking with many routes in the Clape massif, climbing, horseback riding, tree climbing, tennis, fishing, mini-golf, spa and recreation center, international Kite and Wind Surf spot, countless hiking trails, markets (village and chalet). Gruissan is truly "between Land and Sea" with, for wine lovers, many wineries that can be visited and in particular that of the actor PIERRE RICHARD... You can stroll through the colorful alleys of the splendid and authentic old village with its small varied shops and crafts + market twice a week, visit the magnificent salt marshes of Gruissan with a restaurant offering an exceptional view of the so-called "pink lake" 11 km from the city of Narbonne where the very famous singer Charles Trénet lived, with its famous Halles elected most beautiful market in France 2022 in the TF1 competition, the renowned Sigean African Reserve, the unmissable Medieval City of Carcassonne classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its prestigious festival.
